She has considerable expertise of tacking complex issues within multi-faceted organisations gained from working extensively at board-level, as a trusted advisor, with clients across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors including: the Metropolitan Police Service, The Security Service (MI5), BAE Systems, RBS, Barclays Wealth, Christian Aid, PwC, The Ethical Property Company and the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA). This has given her insight and knowledge of the challenges that each sector faces and the nuances that make each distinct.
Ipso Consulting is built on a strong ethos of professionalism and innovation and has developed a number of unique organisational development models designed to ensure that client organisations are placed in the best possible position for the future.
Recent projects have ranged from designing organisational competency/behavioural frameworks, creating and implementing leadership development programmes, and leadership profiling at senior executive level for both selection and development purposes.
